Adam Seiter, senior project manager for Nabholz Construction, reported at the January school board meeting the elementary building project is 100 percent complete on the punch list items.
"We are looking at the hot water heaters," he said. "They have been shipped and will be installed. We are not happy with the stain used on the stage in the cafeteria and we will redo it. I appreciate your patience."
School Board member Tony Crowell expressed his appreciation to Adam.
"I know I have not always been the easiest to work with," Crowell said.
Superintendent Pam Castor added her appreciation for Seiter's honesty in dealing with problems.
"When problems did arise, you did not try to hide anything," she said. "You were honest in dealing with them."
Seiter again expressed his appreciation to the board and said he would be available if anything else comes up.
