Harold Wayne Goodwin

Harold Wayne Goodwin, age 63 of Manila, died Thursday, Jan. 27, 2011, at his home. Born in Iowa City, Iowa he was the son of the late Lloyd and Chlora Farmer Goodwin and had lived most of his life in Iowa. He served in the U. S. Navy and was a retired truck driver. Mr. Goodwin had been a Manila resident for the past 10 years and was a member of the Manila First United Pentecostal Church.

Survivors include, three sons, Adam Goodwin, Patrick Goodwin and Brett Goodwin, all of Iowa; two daughters,

Candace Arteaga of Nebraska and Heather Dawn Goodwin of Iowa; two sisters, Shirley Statler of Washington, Iowa, and Sheila Hubler of North Liberty, Iowa. He also leaves five grandchildren.

A memorial service will be announced at a later time. Arrangements are under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Manila.
