Stella Marie Decker

Stella Marie Decker, age 81 of Manila, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2011, at the Manila Nursing Center. Born at Beach Grove, Ark., she was the daughter of the late Roy and Mamie Harvel Williams and had been a Manila resident for most of her life. She was a member of the Bethany Baptist Church in Manila and will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was loved by all.

Survivors include her husband of 59 years, Mr. Ray E. Decker of Manila; a son and daughter-in-law, Jackie and Robin Decker of Leachville; two daughters and sons-in-law, Judy Lamb and husband Gary of Monette and

Brenda Bandy and husband Rick of Lake City; five brothers, Elsworth Williams, Gaylon Williams, Joe Williams, Mickey Williams and Darrell Williams, all of Sikeston, Mo.; a sister, Letty Bradshaw, also of Sikeston, Mo. She also leaves five grandchildren,

Jeff Bandy, Jennifer Shirley and husband, Earnest, Jr., Chad Decker, Brandon Decker and wife, Stephanie, and Jeremy Lamb, and seven great-grandchildren; Alex Shirley, Mallary Shirley, Aidan Shirley, Lauren Decker, Raegan Decker, Jaxton Decker, and Nash Decker.

A private memorial service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Howard Funeral Service of Manila. The family has asked that those wishing to leave a lasting memorial consider the Alzheimers Association.
