On Sunday, a resident of South Seventh Street reported that someone threw a drink at the resident's vehicle.
A resident of South Eighth Street reported the theft of a license plate from a vehicle.
A Kacey Lane resident reported that windows in the home were broken. Damages were listed at $400.
A resident of South Division Street reported the theft of a 1999 Ford valued at $2,000.
A business on South Main street reported the theft of a television and theater system valued at $1,500. Windows were broken to gain entry. Damages were listed at $200.
A resident of East Cherry Street reported a CB radio, a CD player and a thumb drive, all valued at $470, were stolen out of a 2001 Dodge. The windows were left open on the vehicle.
A Philco Street resident reported a burglary in which a computer valued at $2,000 was stolen. A window was damaged to gain entry. Repairs were estimated at $200.
On Saturday, Vincent Otero, 25, of 821 E. Main was arrested for aggravated assault and third-degree domestic battery after he allegedly ran over a man with his vehicle several times and then hit a woman in the head with his fists.

A resident of East Cherry reported being assaulted by a 13-year-old member of the family.
On Friday, Barbara Faye Jackson, 52, of 901 S. Division, lot 32, was arrested for an active warrant for failure to appear. When officers approached her, she pulled a small baggie of suspected crack cocaine from her pocket.
A Sycamore Street resident reported that someone else had used her personal information to file income taxes.
A resident of East Rose reported that a 22-year-old man had allegedly had indecent sexual contact with an 11-year-old child.
Police recovered a 1995 Mercury valued at $2,500 at an address on West Ash. It had been stolen earlier in the evening.
A Village Street resident reported a burglary in which several guns, coins and a video game system were stolen. the items were valued at $4,740.
A resident of Ruddle Road reported receiving terroristic threats.
Joseph Anderson, 43, of 2201 Carolyn St., was arrested at a business on West Main for criminal trespassing.
A Basin Street resident reported the theft of a deep freezer and a desk, all valued at $250, were taken from the residence.
