Plans on for MLK celebration

Members of the Blytheville Ministerial Alliance met at Great River Medical Center Wednesday in preparation for Martin Luther King Jr. Day celebration on Monday.

The group has activities planned in recognition all weekend, beginning today, culminating with a Celebration of Unity Rally at 7 p.m. Monday at New St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church.

Mayor James Sanders will be the keynote speaker.
