W.T. Pillow

Mr. W.T. Pillow, 92, of Brandon, Fla., passed away Monday, Jan. 10, 2011. He was a World War II U.S. Army veteran and worked as a teacher and principal. He was an ordained minister and former member of the First Baptist Church of Brandon.

He leaves his wife, Inez;

Two daughters, Mary Jane Simmons and Susan Elaine (and Jimmy) Hicks;

Two grandchildren, Beth (and Gene) Farmer and Michael (and Tonya) Kurth; and

Five great-grandchildren, Savannah Watson, Julius Kurth, Stephen Kurth, Jonathan Farmer and Phillip Farmer.

The family will receive friends 6-8 p.m., Wednesday with funeral services at noon Thursday at Stowers Funeral Home, Brandon, Fla. Interment will be in Florida National Cemetery, Bushnell, Fla. Contributions may be made to LifePath Hospice.
