The weather was perfect on Saturday as Leachville hosted the annual Harvest Festival in conjunction with the Leachville School Reunion held every five years.
The festival was held at the city park with games, booths, live entertainment, and a car show.
The horseshoe tournament was popular with participants of all ages.
Paula Bowen was the chairman for the festival.
Mayor Sheila Spurlock expressed her appreciation to everyone who participated in the festival.
Mike Burrier and the Cave Dwellers manned the second annual Harvest Festival car show. The show was open to all vehicles. All proceeds from the car show went to the Children's Home in Paragould.
Burrier expressed his appreciation to everyone who participated in the car show. There were 35 vehicles exhibited. $567.50 was raised for the Children's Home.
Roger Wagner of Jonesboro won People's Choice with his 1932 Ford Coupe. Steven Ed Byard of Jonesboro won the Mayor's Choice with his 1948 Hudson Convertible.
Tim Whiteside of Paragould won the 50/50 drawing and Terry Sevener won the door prize.
