East/West All Star player

Buffalo Island Central softball coach Cary Cossey and Karla Marroquin participated in the Arkansas High School Coaches Association (AHSCA) Softball East/West All Star game in Fayetteville at Bogle Park.

Karla pitched two innings, struck out five, allowed 0 earned runs. She also played right field and first base.

Karla played with the East All Stars who won the first game 4-3 and the second game 5-4. She was one of 22 players on her team from all over the state.
