Man pushes carts from Florida to Alaska

A man known as “Mr. Ramone” has been spotted within the last few days along Highway 61 headed north towards St. Louis. Ramone Scarborough has been photographed by many locals who then posted his photos and story on Facebook. Part of Ramone's story is that he is known as "the man pushing the carts". And, he does travel with 17 carts attached in an entourage which he pushes one cart at a time...
