Rotarian Holly Jo Engle introduced Pamela Meador, owner of the historic Leech Home on Main Street in Blytheville, who shared her story and plans for turning the home into an Airbnb and event venue. Meador, a sculptor, artist, avid dog lover, Morgan Hill Community Foundation board member and past president had a successful real estate career before visiting Blytheville and seeing the Cold War Center project. ...

Chris Smith, Tiffany Martin, and Jennifer Gladden with the Mississippi County Health Department, recently spoke to Blytheville Rotarians about services they provide as part of Rotary’s focus on Healthcare for Women. Smith, the administrator for the Blytheville and Osceola units, informed the group that the health department can process birth certificates and death certificates locally and shared that both facilities are getting a facelift. ...
