The Blytheville Police Department issued an alert for a missing/runaway 17-year-old male. Damarion Palmer, was last seen at 11 p.m in the area of Ridgeway. Palmer is described as a black male, 5’7” and 130 lbs. Palmer has brown hair and hazel eyes.
