Rozanne Copeland, 80, of Monette, widow of Mr. Emmitt “Sonny” Copeland, passed from this life Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at the Good Samaritan Nursing Home in Mountain Home. Born and raised in Monette, she was the daughter of the late Elton and Bonnie Alexander Dudley and had been a Mountain Home resident since 2019.
