Leon Frank Jacobs, 60, of Osceola passed away at his residence. He worked for the Highway Department for ARDOT and was a member of Pleasant Grove M.B. Church in Osceola. Mr. Jacobs was born Nov. 13, 1962, in Osceola to Leamon and Jessie Mae Williams Jacobs.
