Pharmacist Loy Jackson of Manila was recognized by the Arkansas State Board of Pharmacy. He was awarded a Honorary Golden Certificate for his 50 years of dedicated service in the state of Arkansas. The Leachville City Council voted to appoint Ruth Ann Keith for clerk/treasurer for 2023 at the November meeting held Monday night. Keith has served in that elected position for 18 years.
