City moves one step closer on Elm Street Project

As committee meetings for the city of Blytheville continued on Tuesday, the finance committee moved forward with a bid from Jowers General Contracting on the Elm Street repair project. Contractors informed the committee that construction would begin 15-20 days following the full council’s approval on Aug. 16.
