Fay Smith, 87, of Texarkana, Texas, formerly of Etowah, passed away May 10, 2022, at her home. She had an associates degree, was a retired bookkeeper for Missco and Manila School Systems. Ms. Smith was born June 23, 1934, in Bassett to Arthur Bell and Ocie Lee Rogers Simpson.
