A two vehicle accident on State Highway 18, east of Drew Street, Monette, claimed the life of five. The crash happened at 6:20 p.m. Tuesday, March 1. According to the State Police report, a 2015 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Jacob Lee, 19, of Manila, was traveling east, crossed the center-line on a curve and collided with a westbound 2019 Dodge Caravan driven by David Davis, 58, of Blytheville. ...
