Doug Qualls, 80, of Paragould and formerly of Blytheville, passed away Tuesday, Nov. 30, 2021, at NEA Baptist Hospital in Jonesboro. Doug was born in Burdette to Jimmie and Frances Croslow Qualls and was a 1959 graduate of Blytheville High School. He was a safety consultant and was the owner and operator of DQCS. ...

Blytheville police are investigating the fatal shooting of an armed man Wednesday night in the 1700 block of Chickasawba. Police found 24-year-old Raymond Morgan of Blytheville deceased inside a residence.
