Ruth Evelyn Willis, 86, of Fisher passed away Oct. 24, 2021, at Flo and Phil Jones Hospice House in Jonesboro. She was a retired factory worker. Ms. Willis was born Jan. 9, 1935 in Doniphan, Mo., to Samuel and Annie Barnes Smith.
