Blytheville sewer rehab moves forward

Lawrence “Bud” Hocamp, 89 of Lakeview died July 11, 2021, at Baxter Regional Medical Center. Bud was born Nov. 7, 1931, in Adair, Iowa, to Harold and Beryl (Kempster) Hocamp.
