The Blytheville City Council’s Airport and Utilities Committee confirmed that Pollution Management Inc., partnered with Horner and Shifrin, will begin moving forward with their rehab program of the city’s wastewater collection system. Caraway City Council discussed a lease agreement, sewer lines, and heard an update on the water well progress at the July 9 meeting. Caraway Mayor Bo James and the council discussed the lease on the factory building on Chicago Street. Lawrence “Bud” Hocamp, 89 of Lakeview died July 11, 2021, at Baxter Regional Medical Center. Bud was born Nov. 7, 1931, in Adair, Iowa, to Harold and Beryl (Kempster) Hocamp.
