Blytheville police have arrested a second suspect in the recent rash of robberies. “The Blytheville Police Department has been investigating a series of robberies that have occurred within the city over the past few weeks,” Capt. An airplane rolling down the highway got the attention of motorists in Blytheville as the small aircraft was moved from the Blytheville Municipal Airport to Arkansas Northeastern College on Friday. A Thursday fire at Adams Gin in Leachville injured two, a ginner and an employee. Both were taken to the burn center, one by air and one by personal vehicle, in Memphis and are expected to make full recoveries. They were released on Friday. Leachville Fire Chief Drake Brown said the cause of ignition is unknown at this time and the firefighters had the fire contained about 10:30 p.m. ...
