Roosevelt Carter of Blytheville was born Jan. 26, 1949, in Mississippi to the late James Carter and the late Mary Waters Carter. He was a forklift operator and was of the Baptist faith. Mr. Carter passed away Aug. 16, 2020, at St. Bernards Medical Center in Jonesboro at the age of 71. Matthias James O’Neil of Blytheville was born Oct. 13, 1955, in Sterling, Ill., to the late Thomas O’Neil and the late Virginia Price O’Neil.
