Howard Lawrence Bass, 69, of Blytheville, passed away Saturday, July 18, 2020 at the Great River Medical Center in Blytheville. Howard was born in Los Angeles, California to Arthur Seymour Bass and Irene Feldman Bass. The family moved to Blytheville from Los Angeles in 1961. ...
