Police: Speeding 18-wheeler loses load on Highway 18

A tractor trailer lost its load at Highway 18 and Lake in Blytheville on Thursday afternoon. According to Blytheville Police Department Capt. Jeremy Ward, the 18-wheeler was westbound at a high rate of speed on Highway 18 at Lake.
