I like to say that I am very blessed to have the family that I have. No, life was not always easy, but I always remember having family to lean back on in times of need. One of the reasons why I came home after undergrad was because I missed being around my family so much. I have literally done everything with them, and for those four years I missed out on a lot of significant family moments...

Cleanup effort underway as city demolishes house

Blytheville Public Works put its new trackhoe to good use on Thursday, tearing down its first dilapidated house. A crew demolished 1005 West Ash as part of a cleanup effort in the city.
