James W. “Jim” Hargrove, 88, of Leachville, passed away Sunday, July 14, 2019 at Manila Nursing Home. He was born Sept. 26, 1930, in Leachville to the late James and Hannah Hodge Hargrove. He retired as a chief petty officer after 20 years in the United States Navy serving during the Korean War and Vietnam War.
