Blytheville Assistant Police Chief Ricky Jefferson warned motorists of a cave-in in the 700 block of West Moultrie. City crews and a representative of Black Hills Energy were at the scene around 7:45 a.m. Monday. The area has been blocked off for the last several weeks as crews work on the sewer. Westbound traffic has been diverted north on 7th Street. Also, 7th Street between Moultrie and Dixie will be closed until repairs are complete, Jefferson said...
