Blytheville Assistant Police Chief Ricky Jefferson warned motorists of a cave-in in the 700 block of West Moultrie. City crews and a representative of Black Hills Energy were at the scene around 7:45 a.m. Monday. The area has been blocked off for the last several weeks as crews work on the sewer.
