A portion of Franklin Street is closed because of a water main break, according to Blytheville Assistant Police Chief Ricky Jefferson. The water main break is near the Franklin and Coleridge intersection.

Tomie Lee Davis, of Osceola passed away December 21, 2018 at SMC Regional in Osceola at the age of 63. She was a homemaker and a member of New Jefferson Memorial C.O.G.I.C in Keiser. She was born January 2, 1955 in Turrell to Bo and Odesther Kelly Young.
