Dorothy J. Farrow, 75, of Manila, passed away. Surrounded by her loved ones Wednesday afternoon, April 4, 2018, after a long battle with illness, she went to be with the Lord. She was born Nov. 22, 1942, in Leachville to Gene and Dorthy (Hall) Carter. Dorothy lived the majority of life in Manila. She was a graduate of Manila High School.
