Davis charged with impersonating a nurse

37-year old Tabatha Ladonna Davis of Blytheville was bound over to circuit court Wednesday by Osceola District Judge Donald Betterton on the charges of felony counterfeiting/forgery with regard to identity documents while working as a nurse. According to the December 21 Osceola Police Department (OPD) incident report, OPD was dispatched to In Home Health Care in Osceola where officers learned that the day before the facility had received a phone call from the Arkansas State Board of Nursing, requesting Davis’ license number. ...
