The Mississippi County Quorum Court’s Planning and Development Committee met Thursday with ANC President Dr. James Shemwell, Economic Developer Clif Chifwood, Gene Bennett, Farmers Bank and Trust President Randy Scott and MCEC president Brad Harrison to discuss a workforce program, Arkansas Steel Processing Training.
