A man suspected of robbing Flash Market has surrendered to police. According to Capt. Scott Adams, 29-year-old Randy Williams surrendered Monday morning in last Tuesday's robbery. Williams was already wanted for the aggravated robbery of a family member and for shooting another person back in December of 2015, according to Adams.
