Blytheville police are investigating an attempted robbery at Pizza Hut around 9:35 p.m. Thursday. An employee told police he was preparing to take a delivery when spotting an armed black male pulling on the front door. "The employee stated the suspect was armed with a shotgun," the report said. "The suspect pulled on the door twice but was unable to gain entry due to the magnetic lock."...

The following are reports from the Blytheville Police Department. -- Police investigated a commercial burglary at Prehistoric Pets in the 300 block of South Division. -- Officers investigated a domestic battery report. The three months pregnant victim was taken to Great River Medical Center, following a fight. The report said the victim refused to give any information about the incident. She had injuries to both sides of her face and complained about pain on her right side, the report said...
