Golf course funded through April 30

The Blytheville City Council approved funding for Thunder Bayou Golf Links (TB) at least through April 30 during their specially called meeting held Wednesday afternoon. All members were present except Councilmen John Musgraves and Tommy Abbott. The council agreed to extend $34,447 to TB to fund operations for the month. The following are reports from the Blytheville Police Department. -- Police took a domestic battery report in the 2400 block of Carolyn. The juvenile victim said her father, who allegedly has been cocaine and acting erratic, shoved her as he was taking her to school.
