The following are reports from the Blytheville Police Department. -- Through an investigation, police believe Level 3 sex offender Tyler King had nude photos of a 15-year-old female, and allegedly sent her pictures of his genitalia. The report said when he verified his information on Feb. 19, King told police that he did not have an email or social media account.
