2016 will bring some changes to the CN. Starting on Feb. 3, the Courier News will publish two days per week -- on Wednesdays and Saturdays. According to Capt. Scott Adams of the Blytheville Police Department, authorities found 19-year-old Monica Scott in Osceola on Friday night. He said her family has been notified and she is safe. The investigation continues. More details will be released as they become available...
