Tawana Michelle Spears, 36, of Blytheville, surrendered to police on July 15, 2015 as a result of an outstanding warrant issued for her arrest on the charge of felony theft of property. Spears is accused of theft from the recently deceased Mr. Luverl H. Gaines, 88, of Blytheville. BPD arrests three for air conditioner theft

Blytheville police arrested three people Wednesday, after they allegedly stole an outside air conditioning unit in the 1300 block of Willow. Antonio McNichols, Becky Hitchcock and Ashley Hines are facing felony theft of property charges. According to the police report, officers responded to the 1300 block of Willow Street, and noticed the offenders traveling south on 13th Street with an air conditioner sticking out of their Chevy Blazer. ...

Pemiscot county issues warrant for former BPD officer

According to Missouri Case.net, the Missouri state courts automated case management system, former Blytheville police officer Cody Glenn Gentry, 30, had a warrant issued against him Thursday by the Pemiscot County Sheriff's Department on the charges of first degree robbery, armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon.
