What can be done about children and teenagers deliberately walking in the middle of the street? It has gotten to a place where if you are driving, you have to risk hitting other cars, ditch, etc. to dodge or go around them. Teenagers walk in the middle of the street and turn around and look at you as if you were in the wrong, especially teenagers who are walking to and from school. A person has to sleep on their horn to get these teenagers to move out of the street...
