The Blytheville Code Enforcement Committee is working on criteria for selling city properties.

Thursday night, the Blytheville Police and Fire Committee sent a "contract with Pafford EMS" to the Blytheville City Council.

Friday was the American Heart Association's Go Red for Women day, and both Mississippi County Hospital System campuses participated by wearing red.

Usually the Blytheville Humane Society refers all puppies to our transport coordinator so they can be transported to a larger rescue where there are more employees to care for them and they have a better chance for quick adoptions. Puppies grow fast and we have a few who did not get adopted quickly enough and became adults at the shelter. We have participated in a once a month Petco Saturday adoption event for the past year and the store manager suggested we bring puppies...
