Armorel teams to play in George Kell Classic this weekend

The Armorel boys and girls basketball teams travel to Swifton this weekend for the George Kell Classic. The girls will take on Bradford at 1 p.m. Saturday in the opening round, followed by the boys at 2:30 p.m. against McCrory. Fidelity/Bethlehem Chapter No. 151 Order of Eastern Star recently spread holiday cheer to patients at the Gosnell Nursing Home. The chapter donated socks for the patients there. Members' hearts were touched when one of the patients asked if the socks were hers and could she wear them. The look on her face was priceless.
