Victim identified in Dunklin County fatal fire

Dunklin County coroner James Powell has made a positive identification in the fatal fire Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 2745 CR 645 in Dunklin County. The victim has been identified as 58 year old Allan Clinton Rose of Paragould.
