City going after $3.3M grant for road work

With the help of East Arkansas Planning and Development, the city of Blytheville is going after a $3.3 million Transportation Investment Generating Economic Recovery (TIGER) grant that would fund street projects on Elm Street and Byrum Road. The TIGER grant, a collaboration of seven northeast Arkansas cities, was submitted last Monday and seeks a total of $16,541,327 in project funds for those cities...
