Boys & Girls Club secures grant funding

Parents wishing to enroll their children in the Boys and Girls Club have a renewed opportunity to do so at low or no cost, thanks to the extension of a grant that the club receives from Temporary Assistance for Needy Families, a program of the federal and state government.

Mayor expected to meet with golf course superintendent

This week's Pet of the Week at the Blytheville Humane Society is "Chip," a 6-month-old male Terrier/Miniature Pinscher Mix. Sanders asking questions on latest state audit

Blytheville Mayor James Sanders spent most of Thursday morning in an exit interview with auditors conducting the city's 2010 State Legislative audit, and he anticipates a report within a few weeks.
