At the risk of being uncouth: It's SOSDD! Reckon after all these years of trying to deal with folks that obviously couldn't make change for a quarter is taking a toll on my well being?

Blytheville has resolved one of its tax issues. Though still negotiating with the Internal Revenue Service for the $3.8 million in back payroll taxes and penalties, the city successfully lobbied the the state of Arkansas to abate $90,086.34 in penalties.
