District tourneys set to begin for local teams

District tournaments begin this weekend for area baseball teams with the 1A-3 East Armorel Tigers hosting their district tournament. The Tigers will play at 5:30 p.m. on Friday against the winner of Weiner vs. Ridgefield Christian at 3:30 p.m. Bay will take on Crowley's Ridge Academy at 7:30 following Armorel's game. If CRA win's their semifinal game, the championship game will be played at noon on Saturday. If Bay wins, the game will be played at 2 p.m...
