By the time humans reach my age, which is by the way older than dirt, we are very conscious of the condition of our teeth. Unfortunately, by this time we have all usually done so much damage to those underrated and under maintained parts of our anatomy there is not much that can be done to reverse it.

ASU event to raise money for Cash museum

Arkansas State University in Jonesboro has teamed up with the family of Johnny Cash to produce the Johnny Cash Music Festival at the ASU Convocation Center on Aug. 4, with all proceeds going to develop a historical site in Cash's boyhood home of Dyess.

Wilson Farmer Places Third in Soybean Yield Contest

Kevin Goble of Wilson won third place in the 2010 Arkansas Soybean Association Yield Challenge. His contest field harvested 85 bushels per acre. He farms with his father, Lex, and brother, Brian, in the Basset-Joiner area of Mississippi County.
