Recount affirms Kennemore win

In a Tuesday morning meeting, the Mississippi County Election Commission performed a recount for the Osceola mayoral race and certified all votes for Mississippi County from the Nov. 2 election. Kennemore pulled through with a very narrow win on election day -- 1,150 votes were needed for a clear majority, and Kennemore received 1,161. The recount, however, did not uncover a change in those numbers, and Kennemore was officially named the winner...
