MANILA -- The Manila School Board hired a new high school principal at its regular meeting Thursday. After coming out of executive session to discuss personnel matters, the Manila School Board approved the hire of Robin Baugher, who is currently assistant elementary principal, as Manila High School principal. Church groups send 'buckets

Members of the Mississippi County Baptist Association recently participated in a project called "Buckets of Hope," which provided food to people affected by the recent earthquake in Haiti. The program, a project of the North American Mission Board, provides 10 pounds of rice, a bottle of cooking oil, 4 pounds of beans, 5 pounds of flour, 20 ounces of sugar, 2 pounds of spaghetti and 40 ounces of peanut butter in a reusable 5-gallon bucket to families...

Mark Bryles joins Ag Hall
