Patrons of the Blytheville School District will decide if an additional millage is collected in the Sept. 15 school elections. The district is asking patrons to approve a 2.61 increase in millage to help build a new cafeteria at Central Elementary School and repair roofs on existing buildings, including the high school gym, Middle School and charter schools...

A Blytheville family is homeless after a fire destroyed their brick home on Wednesday afternoon. Registration for students in the Blytheville School District will begin Friday for students attending Blytheville Charter School, administrators said. Parents or guardians of students attending Charter School should call or come by the school to make appointments to register students. Appointment hours are from 9-11 a.m. on Aug. 3-7.
