Bobby Lee Camburn
Bobby Lee Camburn, 67, of Blytheville, passed away Monday, July 22, 2024, at Lakeside Nursing Center in Lake City.
Bobby was born to Robert Leroy and Marie Brasfield Camburn in Armorel. He retired from the U.S. Postal Service after working at the Blytheville Post Office over 22 years. Bobby was of the Baptist faith and a member of Trinity Baptist Church in Blytheville, where he loved working with children at Vacation Bible School. Bobby was a people person who enjoyed watching wrestling, going to antique car shows, traveling, and drinking Coca-Cola. He was a family man and dearly loved his family.
In addition to his parents, Bobby was preceded in death by a son, Jason Wilson; and a brother, Virgil Southern.
Bobby is survived by his loving wife, Sharon Murphy Camburn of the home; his children, Jeremy Camburn and Preston Miles, both of Blytheville; a brother, Robert Camburn of Jonesboro; and sisters, Doris Schrader of Imperial, Mo., Betty Franks of Monette, Linda Berry of Boiling Springs, S.C., and Barbara Lamb of Blytheville.
Funeral services will be Friday, July 26, at 10:30 a.m. in the Cobb Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mike Welch officiating. Burial will follow in Dogwood Cemetery.
